Kathleen's 2nd Birthday Party

We were excited to be able to help Kathleen celebrate her 2nd Birthday!

Ed entertained the kids in the front yard for a while.

The kids enjoyed some ornament making.

A little fun with sidewalk chalk.

Pin the Tail on the Donkey
 Ice cream cake

I don't have any pictures of the Elmo pinata, but that ended terribly anyways.
Poor Elmo was decapitated and the birthday girl was a bit traumatized!

School Christmas Program

Poor little Brady was supposed to be an angel, but was burning up with a temp.  We gave him some meds and by the end of the program he had perked up a little.  He even managed to climb up on stage

Brady stayed home with Ed the next day and around 5pm we found ourselves at the After Hours Clinic and Brady had a 105 degree fever.  Luckily it was just an ear infection and he recovered quickly!

Christmas Card Bloopers

They matched, they were cute, they were happy, but it just couldn't happen!

This next one could have been cute.

So, that is how we wound up with two separate pictures on our Christmas card.

Christmas Parade

Ed and I took the boys to the Alabaster Christmas Parade.  The boys enjoyed watching the whole 2 hour parade from their Mardi Gras seat!

Santa Picture 2011

We visited Santa at the boys'  school the past Saturday.  There was no line and we got to spend a lot of time talking to Santa.  The girl taking the picture along with the other "elves" in the room were all teachers at their school so there was no hesitation on Eamon's part.  He jumped right up on Santa's lap and talked to him for about 10 minutes.  He told him what he wanted for Christmas along with a bunch of other things, including that we had just seen him at the parade on the firetruck and that MamaMarie was making stockings for him and Brady - a firetruck and a train - and that they would be ready for Christmas.  Brady was having nothing to do with the man in the red suit, so I got in the picture too!
