9 Month Check-Up

Brady had his 9 month check up this morning.

19 lbs, 1 oz - 25th-50th percentile

29" long - 75th-90th percentile

He got 2 shots, and only cried when the second one went in, for less than a minute.

Conversation with Eamon while dropping him off at school this morning:

Mommy: Eamon, I'm taking Brady to the Dr this morning so he isn't coming to school with you.  It is just a check-up, but he will get shots.

Eamon: It's going to hurt, he's going to cry.

M: I know

E: Mommy, you take care of him and make him happy.  You tickle him to make him happy.

M: How about I hold him close and kiss him.

E: No you tickle him.

Eamon was genuinely concerned about Brady this morning.  It was so sweet!
