A few weeks ago we got together for a family vacation with Ed's family in the mountains of north Georgia. Eamon had a great time playing with the big boys and Brady was just happy to be held and played with.
Kathleen wasn't too thrilled about being in the pool.
She was perfectly happy walking around and watching everyone else.
The big boys are fish - they spent most of the time jumping off the diving board and doing tricks. The most risky tricks happened when their mom was looking away.
Eamon has no fear - he joined in on their fun. Big boy cousins were kind enough to help him get on the diving board and to make sure he made it to the wall.
Back at the house, opening up goodie bags from Grandma
Aunt Tracey trying to get the bubble gun to work.
Ed made a tasty pork tenderloin dinner with broccoli and Grandma made mac & cheese.
An ice cream cake helped to celebrate all of the summer birthdays.
On Saturday we went to Amicalola Falls State Park. The big boys and Ed hiked up the 604 stairs to the top of the falls while Aunt Christine, the little boys and I drove up there.
Waiting for Daddy and the big boys.
Cole was the first one to make it up.
Then Ethan...
And Daddy - Eamon walked down a little bit to meet him.
They were pooped!
A little water play and then a picnic
Sword Fighting
Ethan climbed a tree and immediately began acting like a gorilla.
I was hoping for a smile - but this is all I got.
Back to the pool.
CANNONBALL
Brady loved the water. He was so happy and kicked his little feet.
He even fell asleep in my arms in the pool.
Last years family vacay to Callaway Gardens
