Christmas Day Continued

After seeing what Santa brought, Daddy went back to bed and Eamon talked to his singing snowmen friends.
Then he threw them on the floor, like always. It's not that he doesn't like them, he actually really enjoys them, he just likes things on the floor. When he walks up to the snowmen he starts dancing and waits for you to press the button.

We woke Daddy up around 8 so he could put the turkey in the oven.

Eamon explored his firetruck some more. Here he is ringing the bell.

When Uncle Ely got there, Eamon decided to tear the bows off of the packages and walk around the room shaking them. (By the way, MamaMarie made this outfit)
Eamon took a nap and slept through dinner. When he woke up it was time to open presents.

Eamon sat on Papa Lee's lap while Papa opened a present from Eamon.

Eamon is eating the wooden banana that Aunt Jen got him.

Daddy opening a present for Eamon from Aunt Trisha. It's the book "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus" and it comes with a pigeon that says "Let me drive the bus."

Uncle Ely checking out his marshmallow gun.

Uncle Ely, Nick & Daddy all got Marshmallow guns. I bought the Publix cheapo marshmallows and they stuck together and stuck inside the gun, so they really didn't get to play with them too much.

Nick, You're pointing the gun the wrong way!

Eamon really enjoyed playing with the box that the pralines came in.

Here he is holding the box while sitting on Aunt Jen's lap.

Eamon walking around with his new wooden racecar.

Me with my flip flop slippers that Nick gave me.

That's right, it's one of those inflatable bouncy things, I think some of you may refer to them as "Whopper Hoppers" but you mainly see them in the form of castles at picnics and birthday parties. Now Eamon has his very own mini one.

Eamon peeking his head out.

When we came back inside from checking out Eamon's bouncy thing, Uncle Ely was setting up the new Trivial Persuit game and he was wearing Eamon's bath robe.
After a diaper blow-out, Daddy changed Eamon into this Fireman Costume and he rode on his firetruck. Eamon played around while the rest of us played Trivial Persuit. The boys won. Then we played Buzz Word and they won that too. Oh well, maybe next time.
Eamon had another wardrobe change because the fireman costume is still a little too big. He enjoyed playing in the boxes with Papa Lee.
One more wardrobe change, into jammies. Here Eamon is playing with his new wooden firetruck.

How cute! I loved seeing him open my present. Now that he's a book lover I know what to get him for his birthday. :)
