A few weeks ago some of my friends and I attended a Wellness Retreat at the Sacred Heart Monastery in Cullman.
The retreat was very nice, except that they sent us to bed at 8:00 and told us we couldn't talk until breakfast the next morning.
At the beginning of the retreat Ashley went over the rules.

The grounds of Sacred Heart are beautiful. I took some pictures while I was walking around.
